How it works

The user connects Fireflies.ai to their work calendar (Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook). The AI scans upcoming events and automatically adds a bot (called "Fred") to the video conferencing rooms. After the call ends, the audio is processed in the cloud. Within minutes, the platform provides the complete audio, a separate written transcription by speaker, and an automated summary with pending actions and key topics.
